Cousins!!!!!!!!

For the past week my cousins Annika and Isaac have been visiting us from Utah. This is very exciting due to the fact it has been months since the last time we saw them. We were even more excited when they stayed at our house from Thursday until Saturday.  We went on a lot of fun field trips with them, but the one that was the most fun was going to downtown Portland and playing in a giant fountain for about an hour and thirty minutes. We also went to an art museum and got ice cream at the restraint my dad works at, McCormick & Schmitz(I apologize for any spelling errors).  We also went to Easter Short Park, a fun park with an awesome water feature, and had a great time there. We also got to go to a wonderful barbecue and there, we had a truly epic water fight. We have had such a fun time with them and I hope we will get to do lots more before they go back to Utah.

Christmas Time!

         It's Christmas time! The season of giving and joy! But also the time of presents. I know I had a great Christmas. I got two new video games. the Lego Hobbit game and Nintendo Land. They also gave me a new camping pack that came with, two flashlights, a pair of small binoculars, and a water bottle . They also gave me a water cleaning experiment kit. It was fun to use. It changed water that had a clump of mud and oil in it to perfectly clear. But the best present of all was a trip to Hawaii. My mom and dad wrapped up two floaties for Ella and Abby. And she got two new life jackets for me and Avery. My other favorite part of Christmas was a cap gun that I regularly use to scare my sisters and the look on my sisters face when she saw the gag box my mom had wrapped up my video games in. The box said, Extreme Chores the Video game. I laughed really hard and Avery looked very stunned.

science fair

A few weeks ago are class did a science fair. Everyone had a different question that they made up. My question was,  witch cereal has the most iron. I tested Kix, Life , Bran Flakes, and Honey Nut Cheerios. Kix had the most iron in it.

     The hardest part was making the board. It took gluing, cutting, and a lot of trial and error. But finally we did it. Fortunately it worked out nicely. 

     I unfortunately didn't get an award but I still had a good time. I can't wait for next year when we do it again. 

New Year Beach Trip

This is from our first and only trip down to the beach.The water was really cold , this was the reason we only went down once.

We had a fun time in the hotel pool. The water was warm and I was happy about this because it was really nice to git in after playing in the ice cold ocean water.

One of my favorite parts was rideing this bike with my cousens around the city. And I learned how hard it is to drive. 

Christmas

This christrmas was fun. Manly because of all the snow. We even built a snowman! We named him waffle. Also we had afun time at our cousen chistmas party. We opened presents and I got a book about the grosses moments in history. I love it. I can't wait until next year.

Halloween

This Halloween was really fun. Also I had a great costume. I was a Ghostbuster! My dad spent all afternoon making a ghost vacuum, complete with lights and pack. The only flaw was that the gun was really heavy. It was a big pain lugging that around all night. But I still loved that costume. I might be it next year too.
   I also got a lot of candy. Me and my friend Carder had a fun time "luting" the houses of candy. My bag being so full was really heavy. That added on to the Ghostbuster gun being heavy too. So next year I'm sort of hoping for less candy.

Camping

This summer we went camping with my cousins at a place called Camp Creek.We had an awesome camp site because it was right next to a big forest.Me and my cousins had a really fun time in the forest.Also the smores we had were awesome.I can not wait until we go camping again!
