- I used to believe my life was mostly built on the scaffolding of my own choices. This is partly true, but I've had my eyes opened recently to people around me who donated the wood for that scaffolding, made repairs when I wasn't looking, people who hammered in the nails. ReplyDeleteSome of these books are my favorites, too! I love the Ramona books, the Harry Potter books and Tom Sawyer. I have never heard of The Whipping Boy or The Biggest Bear. Maybe I'll get them at the library for my kids when they get bigger.
