Todays Piano Lesson

School

I have been going to school for the last 2 months.  I like school because it's fun to go to and I make a lot of friends.  I like doing the subjects.  It gives me something to do during the day.  It keeps me from being bored during the day.

At recess I usually play Call Duty Black Ops with some kids.  I mostly play with Kyler Ross.  Call Duty Black Ops is when you battle zombies.  

My favorite subject is silent reading.  During silent reading we go mostly anywhere in the room and read silently in the room to ourselves.  I usually bring my Harry Potter book and read that to myself.  Our teacher has some books that most of the class uses. I really like school and I hope I can go next year too.

Taxidermy Museum

Yesterday I went to see a taxidermy collection.  There were four rooms. 

 The first room we went into was his overflow room where he kept some of the big stuff.  He had an elk head, a moose head. 

 In the second room, it was the biggest room, inside the room,  He had a man-made whole body of a hippo but with real hippo teeth.  He also had a big electric elephant head that when you pressed a button on a remote control, it flapped it's ears.  If you press another button, it will spray water on you from it's trunk. 

 In the third room, he had a whole body of a fake buffalo.   There was a trap door inside it.  When you open it, there is drawer full of glasses of water.  He had two fake wolves in there. 

 In the fourth room, he had another moose head.  He had a zebra skin and some bear skins.  We had a really fun time. 

Chess Club

Yesterday, we went to a thing called Chess Club.  Chess club is at the library.  My friend Alfred goes to it.  We had a very fun time.

I like chess because it's a good thing to do when you're bored.  I  like moving the pieces.  My favorite piece is the rook.

The Dog Show

Yesterday we went to a dog show.  We came with Nana.

They had different booths where you could meet different kinds of dogs.  My favorite dog was a big sheep dog named puzzles.  They also had a place where you could watch the dogs do obstacle courses.  A little wiener dog once went on the track.  It was really cute.  At the end when we were walking out, we met a dog with a tutu on.  That was also really cute.  We had a really fun time.

The Rock Gym

I went to a place called the Circuit Gym.  It's a rock climbing place.  It's filled with a bunch of rock walls.  One of them has a slide on top.  You have to climb the sides to get to the slide.  There is another rock wall that you can go on top of.  But you have to climb it to get up there.

We went with Dylan, A.J., Connor, Makayla, Jeff, and Nana.  We had a really fun time.
